Orders received after 4pm are normally sent the next business day. If you live in a remote part of the UK and you need a next day delivery please contact us as some remote parts of the UK next day delivery is not available. If in doubt please contact us.
Delivery by Royal Mail can take between 1 to 6 days, however, at busy times this may get extended by Royal Mail up to 10 days, please allow up to 10 days for delivery before contacting us if you have not received your goods. Goods sent and paid for on our next day delivery option will be delivered the next business day. We can send goods to any address you choose, however, we must have the full address that your credit or debit card is registered to. If a delivery is attempted and you are not at home, a card should be left by Royal Mail or our carrier company informing you that a parcel needs collecting from your local depot. In this instance if your order is not collected and returned to us and a re-delivery is required re reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.
Under normal circumstances your order should arrive without a problem.
